  • 2 cups of diced pineapple
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed pure orange juice
  • 8 ounces of water

 

PREPARATION:

First, we cook the oats for about 10 minutes. Then, we remove it from the fire and leave it to cool down. We add the rest of the ingredients in a blender along with the oats. We blend until we obtain a homogenous mixture. If the mixture is too dense, we add a little bit of water or orange juice.
